About Us

Level 1: Balcony Reinforcement and Design

The primary goal for Level 1 was to maximize the balcony, turning it into a sleek, sheltered space that could withstand high winds. We installed a fixed aluminum composite panel awning with motorized outdoor blinds, designed to provide both protection and versatility.

At a soaring height of 3.4 meters on the 11th floor, where wind conditions are challenging, this installation required skill and precision. Our experienced installers are certified for working at height, ensuring the job is executed to the highest standards, and instilling confidence in the client.

A Serene, zen private space

Generate excitement

On the second floor, the homeowner desired a serene, Zen-inspired area for relaxation and small gatherings.

To achieve this, we installed an aluminum ceiling panel over the existing L-shaped wall, measuring approximately 6m x 1.7m with a 2m depth.

This setup frames the space beautifully, with the added benefit of a retractable awning that extends outwards. The retractable awning offers flexibility for natural sunlight during the day and a cozy retreat under the stars at night.
